This Returns & Refunds Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges may be accepted for purchases made through Ella’s Boutique.
Ella’s Boutique sells physical apparel products online to customers within the United States. We want customers to be satisfied with their purchase and provide a clear return and refund process as described below.

Return requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Ella’s Boutique is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.

Exchanges
